About Luciano's Ristorante
Authentic Italian cuisine. Family friendly. We are a BYOB. Come in and enjoy a delicious home cooked meal. We offer take out delivery and catering.
Luciano's Ristorante is an italian restaurant in Totowa, New Jersey. It is listed at 331 Union Blvd, Totowa, NJ 07512, which places it among the local businesses of Totowa that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In Totowa, family-run Italian places are busiest on weekend evenings and around holidays, when reservations or call-ahead seating are worth it. BYOB is common at smaller restaurants in some states, with a modest corkage fee or none at all; the listing or a quick call will tell you. Wing-and-pizza shops across New Jersey do most of their business by delivery and price wings by the piece or in fixed counts, with sauce heat adjustable on request. Catering trays, party pizzas and sheet pies need a day's notice at most places, and more around big game days.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 amβ9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (973) 389-0200. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, lucianostotowa.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 93 reviews, which is a strong result for an italian restaurant in Totowa and suggests consistent service.

Luciano's had the most fantastic Italian food I've had in a very long time. I stopped going to Italian restaurants after my Nonna passed. But my mother took me to this place and said, trust me, it'll be delicious. No matter what was ordered, it was exactly what we hoped for, or better. It looked and tasted authentic. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. The seating was comfortable and spacious. The the staff did not hover yet were very attentive. The price was on the higher side, but absolutely worth it! Fresh food, varied menu, excellent service, authentic flavors, cooked to perfection!

ATTENTION GLUTEN FREE PEOPLE: I found this incredible place when they catered an event for my family; when I discovered they have *legit* Gluten Free Italian Menu options, I went immediately with my Italian son who has Gluten allergies, because the owner told me they accommodate GF people and even have a separate fryer to avoid cross contamination! What?! So we went, and guys... THE BREAD! The CALAMARI! The CLAMS!! I mean... wowwwww. I ordered GF chicken marsala with garlic and oil fettuccine and there was NO DIFFERENCE IN FLAVOR or texture, and I mean WHATSOEVER. My son got a pasta dish too but I barely looked up from my plate. ...and neither did he! It was just us eating and mumbling "...wow." "wow." "Here, taste this... " "Cut me off a piece of that. I want to try it... " and everything was just outstanding and not the usual weird gluten free funny texture/aftertaste. We enjoyed it! For real! The calamari was sooo crispy and flavorful, the clams oreganato were perfect and bursting with aroma... and the owner makes her own dipping oil for the bread, so appetizers were out of this world. We had creme' brulee for dessert with espresso... we were offered sparkling water, or still

I visited Lucianoβs for lunch and had a wonderful experience end to end. The owner, Amy, as well as the staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the ambiance of the restaurant was very nice. I was so surprised to learn that the majority of the menu items can accommodate gluten-free dietary restrictions! From the fresh, oven hot gluten-free bread to the calamari and pasta, you couldnβt even tell that gluten-free ingredients were used. The food was all excellent, 10/10! The gelato was also amazing. I will definitely be back!

I had my mom's 80th birthday at Luciano's. I wish I could give it 100 stars!! From the food to the service of the staff and especially the owners, you won't find a better authentic Italian Restaurant. My family loved all of their dishes. But I have to give a special Thank you to Amy, her son, her mom and the chef. I have many food allergies (gluten, dairy, spices & more) and I had a fabulous meal here without ever getting sick afterwards. The chef has celiac so they are very aware and cautious as well. They accommodated all of my allergies, no problem. They had soft gluten free bread, gf crispy calamari and homemade gluten free pasta for me. They really went above and beyond to make me and my guests enjoy their meal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
